Workspace members & roles
Members
Workspace members can be invited by clicking Invite Members in the top-right workspace module, or heading to Workspace Settings and selecting Members.
Invites are sent via email with a secure link for the user to accept the invitation.
Invitation charges
All added admins and editors are subject to an additional charge upon invitation. The charge is equivalent to the rate paid by the initial workspace owner.
For instance, if the owner pays $30 a month for a PRO Plan, any added admins or editors will also be charged $30/month (per added member) upon invitation.
Removing an invited user will add the remaining balance of their plan as an invoice credit to the owner’s account. Invoice credits are a monetary balance that will be spent on future transactions before charging the account owner’s payment method.
Roles
Workspace roles can be adjusted under Workspace Settings > Members by using the dropdown menus in the Role column. Permissions are as follows:
Owner
Owner is only assigned to you in your original, default workspace. Owners cannot be removed from their workspace. This role cannot be assigned in newly created workspaces.
Admin
Admins can adjust workspace roles, and edit and view results and assets.
Editor
Editors can access, generate results, upload assets, but cannot adjust workspace settings.
Viewer
Viewers can view and download results and assets.
